Refund policy
US domestic orders enjoy free & easy returns
We hope you love your purchase but if you don’t, we are happy to process a new order or issue you a refund. To start a return, you can contact us at wisefume@gmail.com. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Returns and exchanges are free when you use a prepaid return shipping label from us. You have up to 30 days from ship date to return or exchange items by mail.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will refund you within 3 to 5 working days from the date on which we receive the returned product(s). Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order.
International orders return
Please contact us before returning the item to us. International customers will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The refund may take additional time to arrive for international transaction.
